The enrolment process

Prior to your dog's initial assessment you will be sent an Introduction Package which includes a welcome letter, consent to treatment form and an enrolment form which asks for information about your dog, including information such as their medical history, their apparent problems, previous and current activity and home environment. I will contact your veterinarian for a referral or any relevant information about your pet.

Initial Appointment 60 minutes - $120

Includes:
  • Comprehensive full body assessment
  • Setting of treatment goals
  • Development of treatment plan
  • Full assessment report sent to your referring veterinarian and liaison with your veterinarian if required
  • Commencement of treatment
  • Provision of advice, activity guidelines and prescription of home exercise program

Follow up Appointment 60 minutes - $105

30 minutes - $60

Includes:
  • Re evaluation
  • Continuation of treatment as deemed appropriate following re evaluation
  • Progression of home exercise program as required
  • Liaison with your veterinarian if required
